Front Office Manager

Salary/Hourly rate: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Front Office Manager at Speedbird Inn, a busy 202 bedroom hotel located just 350m from Aberdeen Airport

If you're a highly focused customer service provider who has the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver consistently high standards of customer service, this could be the ideal role for you. This role involves taking responsibility for the night team

What will the role involve?
As first and last point of contact, the role of Front Office Manager is to facilitate an efficient front desk operation ensuring that check-in and check-out procedures are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, billing is accurate and Company procedures are complied with at all times
This is a hands-n management role which will involve working with the team at the Reception desk
Creating a culture of excellent customer care is essential as is the ability to train and coach team members to achieve required standards
Taking reservation calls, inputting onto the system and sending out guest correspondence
Duty management shifts, as required
Occasional night shift to cover holidays and training
