We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to compliment our Front Office team as this is a 24 hour operation. Duties include providing a warm welcome and check-in of guests on arrival, dealing with guest enquiriesand resolving queries effectively, check-out of guests on departure ensuring guest folios are accurate and payment is received as appropriate. This will also involve dealing with general Reception duties, this role has a strong administrative focus with reservations checks and financial transaction controls

Mini Bus Driver

This busy 202 bedroom hotel is only 350m from Aberdeen Airport. The Bus Driver is a 'hands-on role' and we are seeking a dedicated individual who has a sense of urgency and is committed to making a positive to the team. The Bus Driver will report directly yo the Front of House Manager

The role will involve:
Welcoming guests on arrival from the Dyce Train Station, the Airport or the Heliports
Assisting guests whilst they are staying in the hotel on arrival and departure
Ensuring that regular cleaning of the mini bus internal and external are adhered to
Assistant and be courteous to guests and display good customer care and social skills at all times
Work in co-operation with other departments especially reception services
Carry out when instructed by the Duty Manager to prepare and dismantle meeting rooms
The task of checking all of the hotels ground and picking up and disposing of any litter
In winter, clearing the paths of snow and gritting all areas
Report and defects, damage, theft, breakages or hazards to your Head Receptionist or Duty Manager
Work safely, confirming to statutory and company health & safety regulation, especially fire precautions and manual handling
