Duty Manager

Previous experience within a small/medium hotel establishment as Assistant Manager/Duty Manager/Senior F&B role
Experience of a computerised front office system is advantageous
High standard of personal presentation
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to establish and deliver high standards of performance
Ability to coach team members and supervise team to meet required standards
Confident and approachable management style
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to effectively plan and organise to ensure priorities are dealt with on a timely basis
Knowledge regarding Health & Safety administration requirements
Personal Licence Holder certificate
Eligibility to work in the UK

<br>Previous experience of Food and Beverage service within a busy, fast paced environment
<br>Supervisory experience/people management
<br>Experience of providing training/coaching of team members
<br>Attention to detail is essential
<br>Clear communication both oral and written

Hours: 40+ hours per week - 5 out of 7 days. Hours of work will be dependent on business requirements

Salary/Hourly rate: £21,000 per annum - depending on skills/experience
