Operations Manager

Reference: SBI/OPS

Previous experience within a medium hotel establishment as Operations Manager/Deputy Manager/equivalent
Thorough understanding and experience of hotel operations, in particular F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping and Kitchen
High standard of personal presentation
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to establish and deliver high standards of performance within the operational team
Ability to coach and manage the team to meet departmental targets
Confident and approachable management style
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to effectively plan ahead to ensure priorities are achieved on a timely basis
Experience of Human Resources administration/processes/employee relations
Knowledge regarding Health & Safety administration requirements
Personal Licence Holder certificate
Eligibility to work in the UK

<br>You will be paid a competitive salary of 27k a year, an annual bonus when you achieve your targets, and 28 days holiday a year
<br>You run the business, reporting to the Speedbird Inn's General Manager. You will have support when you need it, with personal development to help you be as effective as you can be. Hours: 40+ hours per week - 5 days out of 7 includes evening and weekend work. Hours of work will be dependant on business requirements

Salary/Hourly rate: Up to £25,000 per annum - depending on skills/experience
