Financial Controller

Reference: SBI/FC

Skills:
Previous experience as Financial Controller/Assistant Financial Controller within a fully self-accounting business
Experience within the leisure or retail sectors would be advantageous but is not essential, as consideration will be given to those candidates with relevant experience
Proven track record within finance
Experience of managing people would be advantageous
Good communication skills and the ability to impart financial knowledge to increase awareness and understanding within the hotel team

We offer a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum (depending on skills/experience), company benefits scheme including discounts at hotels within the Portland group. <br>You will be paid a competitive salary of 27k a year, an annual bonus when you achieve your targets, and 28 days holiday a year

<br>You run the business, reporting to the Speedbird Inn's General Manager. You will have support when you need it, with personal development to help you be as effective as you can be. You'll have a uniform and your breaks are paid, with a meal on duty. Complimentary car parking is also available

Hours: 40+ hours per week as the business requires

Salary/Hourly rate: £32,000 per annum (depending on skills/experience)
