Kitchen Porter/Assistant

Skills:
Previous experience as Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant, ideally within a hotel
High standard of cleanliness
High standard of personal hygiene
Ability to work at a fast pace and remain calm, even when under pressure
Ability to work in an organised fashion, prioritising tasks as required
Ability to use initiative and look ahead ensuring cleaning duties are carried out and there is enough clean equipment to avoid delays in service
Care and attention to detail is required for high standards and to avoid breakages
Basic food preparation skills are advantageous, although training will be provided
Eligibility to work in the UK
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires

Applicants must have access to transport to get to and from work. Earliest start time would be 0700 hours and typical late shift finish time would be approximately 2300 hours

<br>You will be paid a competitive salary of 27k a year, an annual bonus when you achieve your targets, and 28 days holiday a year

<br>You run the business, reporting to the Speedbird Inn's General Manager. You will have support when you need it, with personal development to help you be as effective as you can be. Hours: Zero Hour Contract - hours of work will be as the business requires

Salary/Hourly rate: £7.05 per hour
