Reservations Supervisor

Reference: SPE/RS

Skills:
Previous experience as a Reservationist or Receptionist
Working knowledge of the computerised Hotel booking system Opera
Excellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail
High standard of computer literacy
The ability to meet departmental targets and deadlines
The ability to handle a high volume of telephone and email enquiries
A focused approach to work, unsupervised
A polite telephone manner with excellent communication skills
The ability to excel under pressure
The ability to build relationships with regular customers and the operations team
High standard of personal presentation

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of Opera
Knowledge of the Aberdeen market

<br>You will be paid a competitive salary of 27k a year, an annual bonus when you achieve your targets, and 28 days holiday a year

<br>You run the business, reporting to the Speedbird Inn's General Manager. You will have support when you need it, with personal development to help you be as effective as you can be.
