Bar & Restaurant Supervisor

Skills:
Previous experience of Food and Beverage service within a busy, fast paced environment
Supervisory experience/people management
Experience of providing training/coaching of team members
Attention to detail is essential
Clear communication both oral and written

Training and development opportunities are also provided, including the opportunity to expand skills to include Duty Management shifts.
Hourly rate increases to 7.68 in October, depending on successful completion of probation.

Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days on a rota basis), including mornings, evenings and weekend work. Breakfast starts at 5.00am and the Kitchen closes at 11.00pm, therefore flexibility to cover a variety of shifts is essential

Salary/Hourly rate: £7.53 per hour
