Skills: Excellent customer care skills. Fluent English - written and spoken. Previous experience within a Front Office/Reception role is preferable, although not essential. Working knowledge of a computerised Front Office system is advantageous (such as Opera), although not essential. Professional telephone manner and helpful attitude. Previous administrative experience. Applicants must have the ability to attend work at the required times and make transport arrangements accordingly. Hours: 19 hours per week, shift are on a rota basis, working 2 our of 7, including weekends. Flexibility is required to cover a variety of night shifts based on business needs. Shift commence at 21.45 and finish time is approximately 07.15
Salary/Hourly rate: £9.27 per hour
