Skills: Applicants must have:
Previous experience as Financial Controller/Assistant Financial Controller within a fully self-accounting business.
Experience within the leisure or retail sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential, as consideration will be given to those candidates with relevant experience.
Proven track record within finance.
Experience of managing people would be advantageous.
Good communication skills and the ability to impart financial knowledge to increase awareness and understanding within the hotel team.
